Common questions
I already use one of the apps. Is there a faster way to get help?
Yes. Open the app in your Wix dashboard and click "Need help?" at the top of any page. Your message then includes your site, plan and the page you were on, so we can look into it without asking you for details first.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Every app is billed through Wix, so plans are changed or cancelled in your Wix account under Subscriptions. If something in the bill looks wrong, write to us and we will help you sort it out.
Can I suggest a new app or feature?
Please do. We decide what to build next from what store owners write to us about. Pick "An app or feature idea" in the form and tell us what slows your store down.
